I've spent the last 27 years in the healthcare industry; the first half in revenue cycle management, financial analysis, and project management and the second half in entrepreneurial endeavors. One of my proudest accomplishments was owning and operating a non-medical home care agency for over a decade. It's amazing how something can be so challenging and yet, so rewarding at the same time. I know firsthand the amount of effort and grit that goes into building this much needed service and the amount of responsibility it brings. I took an interest in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) when I acquired a small agency during my ownership to expand into another region. I loved the complexity and merging cultures.When I sold my agency, I learned a lot about that process and knew I wanted to use my combined buy and sell experiences in my consulting. My passions are now helping entrepreneurs evaluate and/or clean up their business financials, make a strategic plan for the future, and either grow organically, acquire or sell their business.
