In addition Jane’s 2010 success resulted in her being awarded with a 2010 IBM One Hundred Percent Club and Sales Eminence award.Jane has turned around this customer account resulting in the customer willing to be a reference for IBM services and completing a satisfactory customer satisfaction review for the first time in 3 years. Jane led a 3 year eCommerce contract renegotiation in 2010 resulting in a $12m signing and was a member of the leadership team which signed a 7 year contract extension for the value of $65m. During 2011 Jane has led IBM’s involvement in the 5 third party transformation programme following on from the signing of this contract.During 2009 Jane was the Project Executive across 6 SO accounts in the retail and CPG industries managing a team of circa 50 people across multiple Geographies delivering services covering Helpdesk, Deskside, Data Centre and Commerce Application Management & Development. The portfolio total contracts value was $16.3m per annum. During this period Jane delivered 108% of her revenue target, signed $4m of new business and improved the profitability of one account by 40% resulting in her being recognized in the 2009 IBM One Hundred Percent Club.During this time Jane turned around a retail account following 4 years of poor service and contract delivery leaving the account having mitigated an $8m claim, maintained 100% system availability during their critical trading period for the first time in 4 years and with an established pipeline of $40m of new opportunities. -
Distribution Business Operations ManagerIbm Jan 2008 - Dec 2009Jane in her role as SO Distribution Sector Operations Manager provided advice and guidance to her Sector and Delivery Executives on all aspects of business performance and key operational matters. This was provided in a complex business environment, which entailed working collaboratively with 6 competencies and multiple business lines across IBM GTS and Global Business Services, Jane provided ongoing support and leadership to the 13 accounts within the Sector resulting in the delivery of a $221m per annum business employing 720 dedicated resources for which she was responsible for interlocking resource management.
