My achievements include: Spearheading transformation as the CEO of a prominent organisation advancing sustainable growth in Cambridge.Partnering with thought leaders, policymakers, and CEOs to gather the insights to make decisions that yield positive outcomes. Creating a dedicated fundraising department for the London Barbican Art Centre and trailblazing brand sponsorships and negotiating deals that increased revenues up to £4m.Managing budgets up to £6m for Emap and increasing revenues by 20% in 18 months.Implementing a successful turnaround strategy as CEO of a London theatre by commercialising operations and increasing revenue by 50% and developing a 6 month reserve within a 3 year period.Embracing change is at the core of my approach. Along with key skills in strategic planning, change management and driving growth, I have an innate curiosity that compels me to constantly explore "what ifs". This enables me to go beyond conventional thinking and get the best results. Outside work I am equally drawn to challenges. Having represented GB as a triathlete and competed in ultra-distance marathons, I am also a keen kitesurfer, riding the waves with enthusiasm.
