Hi! My name is Jane Paulsen, and my purpose as an experience designer is to evoke positive transformations within individuals that help them discover their passions. By attending Brigham Young University and working in the tourism industry around the world, I was able to discover that my passion in life is bringing fulfillment to others.I am an aware strategist, I notice complex problems quickly and work quickly and effectively to resolve them. Once I designed a full-day experience for a group to the Jurassic coast complete with train times, reservations, and a strict schedule. The night before the experience, I reviewed the itinerary and found a disconnect that would leave us 12 miles away from the coastline.I had to scour the internet for hours but found a family-owned local taxi cab company that was available to take us to our location. The next day at the end of the experience, the group collectively agreed it was one of the best days of their lives because of the execution. I thrive on creating moments like these and with my futuristic mindset, my goal is to create my own company for transformational tourism experiences
