In her over five years of practice, she has assisted clients in negotiating large, complex deals including: buyer/seller indemnities, mergers, real estate transactions, master service agreements, asset purchase agreements and more. With a background in litigation, Jane brings an astute sense for potentially problematic provisions. As a part of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Environmental Client Service Groups, she works with a wide range of clients from several industries including: real estate development, banking, food and beverage, and manufacturing.Ms. Kwak represents purchasers and sellers of environmentally impacted sites, including brownfields redevelopment. She handles all aspects of environmental due diligence, and assists in identifying and quantifying environmental risks associated with real estate purchases, sales and leases, including procuring specialized pollution legal liability policies. Jane also has in-depth experience in the insurance markets, including Lloyd's Syndicates, reinsurance and environmental policies.
