I served as an administrative and HR executive in agencies serving people with intellectual disabilities, non-profits, and construction companies. I partnered with a law firm to create an HR consulting practice and transitioned to my own practice. I have been able to develop solutions using creative models designed to fit specific businesses. I have served on non-profit boards and have been successful in helping them to plan, develop, grow, and serve effectively using collaborative and community models. My company focuses on small companies, start-ups, and non-profits. I truly enjoy working with issues related to culture, employee relations, HR, and growth. I am grateful for my career and the amazing people who have supported me. I would like to be of service and am excited to support non-profits and small businesses. Because I no longer have overhead, I am in a position to provide services at moderate pricing as a way of repaying those who helped me.
