Reported directly to the Finance Director with responsibility for all elements of finance including:• Analysis of Ad Sales, Affiliate and Ancillary revenue streams to assess impact of fluctuations in subscriber numbers, iPhone/iTunes downloads, highlighting areas of potential risk / opportunities. This formed part of the information used in a renegotiation deal with a major affiliate partner• Worked with departments across the business (Marketing, Digital, PR, Production, Research, On-Air Promos) with the preparation of budgets, estimates and month end reporting. Additional support is provided where required, such as the financial year end which coincides with a major on-ground activity• Project reporting including campaigns with revenues $0.5m+, improving accuracy and transparency. This helped the decision by management to extend a major project into an additional city in 2014• Worked with teams across the business, including Research and PR to assess the financial v non-financial impact (e.g. brand awareness) of activities with reduced / no revenues• Prepared and maintained all programming reports including forecasting and budgeting programming spend and balance sheet impact. Lead the transfer of programming information from a manual system to an automated system• Ownership of the month end process - journal preparation, balance sheet reconciliation, overall responsibility for the P&L providing variance analysis and commentary• Facilitated the successful implementation of SAP in Nickelodeon. This involved pre-implementation testing, setting up new processes to align with the new system, and providing on-going training and support to non-Finance employees at all levels in the business
