ITonCommands' Mile High Desktop is a fully hosted, managed Windows desktop and network solution delivered via a utility computing platform. This pay-as-you-go solution comes complete with the current versions of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Exchange Server; software updates, upgrades and maintenance; infrastructural hardware; remote access, a centralized managed network; permission-based shared drive space; a “my documents” directory; integration with Windows mobile devices; centralized security; centralized anti-virus/spam protection; data storage; daily data back-ups; and help desk support. We offer the flexibility to add hosting of all other Microsoft products and most other business applications. We've already integrated more than 200 other-than-Microsoft applications and programs that customers might use on a daily basis including a wide range of popularly used accounting, legal, and financial applications, and we host those on the utility computing platform as well. We do everything from automatic installations of security patches and upgrades to the addition of servers when their needs for storage capacity grow, all from our remote location. This means WE pay for the core IT infrastructure investments, not the customer. We’ll be the ones worrying about keeping up with software licensing compliance, security issues, and configuring new users, not our customers.
