The Literacy Council of Washington County is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit that assists adults to reach their basic educational goals in English, math, and GED prep. In 2 years I have quadrupled the number of students that the Council serves and tripled the number of volunteer tutors, started to diversify the board bringing in 2 new members, created strong key partnerships in the Community, and an exceptional reputation for the Council. Day to day tasks include tutor support, creating, developing, and maintaining strong strategic partnerships, communication with potential and existing volunteer tutors, board members, and Community partners, continuous tutor recruiting, data recording and reporting, Community outreach, and effectively juggling multiple priorities.

ConStrata Tech Consulting serves foodservice, hospitality, retail operators, and technology providers. Contracted to Five Guys as a Project Manager, I managed international POS projects in new stores in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Quatar, Kuwait, Dublin, Belfast, The Netherlands, and Belgium. I was also Project Manager for the domestic rollout of POS and back office hardware/software. • Created, led, and functioned within multi-national teams of vendors, execs, corporate personnel, and franchise groups to ensure successful, consistent delivery of services for Five Guys. . • Assisted in creation of and adherence to vendor contracts worldwide for Five Guys.

Stratabare International is a provider of implementation services to the foodservice and hospitality sector. 1/2015 – 11/2016: Created processes and templates that sourced and reviewed 100 quality hospitality candidates from across the country. Supported starting teams contracted to Oracle through training, shadows, and execution of services. Assisted in the creation of policies and procedures for a fledgling company. • Provided leadership to a start-up company5/2018 – 10/2018: Created initial processes and prescribed work flows for post sales sites and customers while simultaneously working with new business. Successfully converted the first site to rave customer reviews. • Created initial processes and workflows for a new business venture and revenue stream.

Began in Bowie, MD’s Fairwood Commons store at Customer Service (at the time, the largest volume store on the Eastern Seabord). Promoted to PIC 12 months later. Moved to Middletown, MD 7/2012.• Successfully managed all facets of a high volume store during peak business hours
