A versatile set of skills, from my years of experience. Currently, I am handling payroll (via Workforce) for approximately 600 employees - namely checking for any errors or anomalies, Employee data management (SAP); I handle candidate selection, onboarding and aspects of offboarding in a unionized environment; I have administrative duties heavily anchored in SAP and also produce Excel sheets. This includes curating reports for the needs of management.I had a brief stint with the PUSH HRIS system as the Lead Admin (Re-organized the Job Codes), handling terminations, and ensuring compliance with legislation. Further, I handled WSIB submissions. In my previous experience, I was heavily anchored in Customer Service with 15 years as a CSR with The Beer Store, experience at the Library and other brief stints not included in my LinkedIn.
