After 5 years as CEO for Excidor AB I now turn back to my passion and take on the roll as CTO at Excidor AB

EXCIDORDevelops, manufactures and markets control systems, software, keyboards and electronics for flexible driver environments. Our solutions are available in forestry machines, excavators, wheel loaders, terminal vehicles and many other mobile context.

My responsibility include Market development, HR, Budget and Result, quality (ISO9000), KA-sales and in general running the Swedish branch.myWorld was established in 2003 as a global and multi-sector Shopping Community for consumers, as well as a worldwide Customer Loyalty Programme for Loyalty Merchants. The company is now active with approximately 1,000 employees in 46 markets worldwide, and currently has over 5 million Members who receive exclusive shopping Benefits - for example Cashback with their purchases as well as Shopping Points - while Loyalty Merchants gain loyal customers to whom they offer special Benefits.

Continued after the takeover from Avalon to work as region manager for the North region with personnel, profit and budget responsibility, included of the Management Group of Avalon Technology. Worked with everything from small local businesses to large international companies as customers, where we helped clients with project management, business, design, FEM, etc..

Founded the company after graduation as a Mechanical engineer from the University of Gävle. Worked with product development, design, project management, business development for large and small companies in Sweden and internationally, had at most 28 employees. The company was later sold to Avalon Technology.
