Developed upon existing and significantly grew and managed a database of well over 1,500 industry professionals to strengthen their committment to Yale as their preferred business partner for lighting and appliances.Maintained contact with the trade through multiple media outlets, as well as direct contact.Created collateral for the trade, as well as a quarterly newsletter, and highly successful bi-monthly networking & educational events in-house.

Hired to take consumers on tours of our luxury-brand appliance showroom, I also developed the company's cooking program, bringing the appliances to life.Additionally, I conducted educational tours for student designers from area schools....and when not in the showroom, I travelled on the road to visit with the design community to keep them up to date on our product selections.

What started off as an administrative position blossomed quickly into a "G.C." position as Dalia was generous enough to teach me so much about the business. I ordered all of the materials for the jobs, as well as scheduling all the installers on the site, all the while maintaining communications with the clients to keep them involved.
