My role involves a diverse range of tasks aimed at ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing efforts.Key Responsibilities Include:• Project Management: Manage cross-departmental projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.• Version Control: Organize and track marketing materials, maintaining version control across platforms.• Content Editing and Publishing: Edit and publish written and visual marketing content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.• Vendor Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison with project vendors, negotiating responsibilities and ensuring quality deliverables.• Event Planning: Plan and execute corporate events, overseeing logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including goals, timelines, and resource allocation.• AI Integration: Develop and implement AI prompts in ChatGPT and other similar platforms.• Email Marketing: Create and execute automated email marketing campaigns, including the collection and presentation of relevant KPIs.• Operational Documentation: Create guides, charts, and SOPs for daily operations in Marketing and Sales.
