Write programs, assisst in projects assessements,supervise exams, attend meeting,delegate assignments, work with s4,s5 leavers and mature students to develop their skills and potential in designing,pattern making and manufacturing to be able to join world of work and meet market demand. Encourage students to see fashion with an open mind so as to develop their thinking skills.Help them to be creative and able to defend their work in public or infront of a panel.Encourage them to be critical in terms of being positive.......etcFor the past two years, i am heavily involved working with the diploma 3 students to help them in terms of critical and creative thinking and also presentation techniques.
