Member of the BI Delivery Team, supporting both new development/project and production support, functioning as the high-level technology expert. Responsible for the assessment of business requirements; collection and identification of technical specifications; and subsequent development of technology solutions that require development to be viable. Responsbile to envision and create solutions that meet requirements, model the pieces of an infrastructure and their points of integration; prove the feasibility of design; create the design artifacts that are required to deliver and to maintain the infrastructure; guide a solution through its completion; and ultimately can be implemented and supported in production.

Six Sigma Green Belt responsible for IBM Cognos Products and Data Warehouse Processes from ETL to Delivery.Cognos 8, and 10 Applications including Configuration and Maintenance. Currently utilizing products in 10.1.1 version for Cognos Connection, Framework Manager, Transformer, and CAFÉ. Responsible for the Platform Architecture which includes over 40 physical and virtual servers for production, test, and development environments. Work closely with the Infrastructure team. Provide support and metrics for daily deliveries. Work closely with team to ensure support for data accuracy, timely deliveries, and strategic direction.Provide baseline research and POC deliveries for new product integration to our environment. Responsible for upgrades and strategic direction for back end operations of the business intelligence practice.Skills include knowledge of SQL Server, DB2, Decision Stream (version 7), Transformer, PowerPlay, TM1, Cognos Studios, and Enterprise Planner. Utilize BSP software Metamanager for security, change management and documentation.Manage multiple projects and work with contract vendors to obtain skills necessary to complete projects.

Team Leader for Data Acquisition and Management. Primary role as a data analyst for the organization utilizing Cognos Decision Stream, Cognos Data Manager, MS SQL Server 2005, and Cognos Script (VB like), Visual Studio 2005. Responsible for maintaining the data processes and implementation. Administration of the multi-server environment. Responsible for the initial design and implementation of the data base, as well as, acting as DBA for the on-going warehouse changes.

Team Manager of a staff of up to 8 people responsible for maintaining and enhancing application systems. Primary role as data warehouse implementation coordinator with efforts focused on sales and marketing. Responsible for maintaining the ETL processes using the tool COGNOS decision stream, as well as, other COGNOS tools including Transformer and Impromptu. Directing the efforts for support and enhancement of JDE OneWorld, Siebel e-Consumer Goods, Infinium Payroll and Human Resources(AS400). Manage and maintain SQL Server data warehouse data marts.

Manager of application staff responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and growing the business through the use of IT functions utilizing the AS400. Responsible for leading projects with over 30 members in up to 5 separate locations at a time. Implemented a barcode inventory system credited with reducing inventory errors by 40%. Worked with interfaces out of JDEdwards payroll system and into TMS tax system. Developed and implemented a process that eliminates paper filing of National Board Data Sheets saving the company over 3 dollars per tank.
