Have successfully taken up different roles, gaining experience in Business Development.• “Seller-to-doer”-developed & maintained internal & external client networks & served as a primary contributor during client meetings & presentations.• Executed corrective action plans to mitigate unnecessary delays in work related to bad weather & emergencies.• Managed project budgets & costs. Maintained all project documents. Provided accurate construction cost estimates. Made relevant revisions & surveyed properties. • Spearheaded a team of assistant project managers & CAD technician, developed design & completed projects from pre-design through to the construction documents & construction phase including complete due diligence, administration & project review for 65 apartment units of total area 81,250 sq. ft. in Odisha in a span of 1 year.• Effectively adopted upcycling techniques to develop design and executed landscaping of area 30,000 sq. ft. in a span of about 28 days.• Headed a team of 4 to transform a Winger into running office on wheels with workstations, meeting area & sleeping space for 4 pax for an NGO in New Delhi. • Interacted with clients & participated in project development from concept through construction. Ensured that design is within national & local bylaws concerning fire safety, environmental compliance of real property facilities. • Designed a luxury holiday home of 7,000 sq. ft. by using green building measures & constructed with vernacular material such as Bamboo & Adobe in Manipur.

• Inspected sites under construction & submitted reports on observations while assisting Principal Architect with proposal preparation within the architectural discipline.• Conducted site measurements & developed concept designs of multiple residential, institutional & interior projects as per client’s requirements & put forth material & finishes.• Assisted as a key member in the execution team for 27,800 sq. ft. office interior in Gurgaon and Managed contractor on site to ensure project deadlines are met.• Advanced to project manager role from an architectural intern to supervise construction & administration of project with an area of 70,000 sq. ft. at Mumbai in 60 days.• Appointed, managed, monitored & controlled contractors to ensure project’s progress on schedule & within the estimated cost. Carried out regular inspections of the construction sites, ensuring that the project complies with all contractual and regulatory requirements.• Maintained all project documents & made revisions to project work plans.• Read & understood GFC drawings & submitted as-built drawings on completion.
