• Assisted as a key member in the execution team for 27,800 sq. ft. office interior in Gurgaon and Managed contractor on site to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Advanced to project manager role from an architectural intern to supervise construction & administration of project with an area of 70,000 sq. ft. at Mumbai in 60 days.
• Appointed, managed, monitored & controlled contractors to ensure project’s progress on schedule & within the estimated cost. Carried out regular inspections of the construction sites, ensuring that the project complies.
• Maintained all project documents & made revisions to project work plans.
