Liaison with the HR management team to ensure a joined-up service across the business, sharing intelligence on pertinent business issues. Responsibility for conducting in-depth Training Needs Analysis on an annual basis, and then drawing up the Development budget (approximately £1.1M per annum). Representing ITV externally- participating in and chairing a number of cross-industry groups, working with such organisations as Skillset and Ravensbourne College. Creating a new streamlined Performance Management process, and planning its implementation across ITV plc, liaising with directors, managers and external consultants. Project responsibility, including a development programme for potential high-fliers, and the implementation of online learning across ITV. Personal design and delivery of a range of Management Development and Personal Development programmes. I also designed relevant in-depth bespoke induction programmes as required, and co-ordinated specialist training, such as: training on diversity issues, Camera Directors' Training and the NEBOSH Certificate Health and Safety course. The compilation and submission of an annual report on all training and development and equal opportunities initiatives undertaken by LWT for the Independent Television Commission (latterly OFCOM).
