Martin Snider has worked extensively with nonprofits as counsel, President of a Board, head of finance, and helps nonprofits with by-laws, governance, policies, harassment, to name a few.In addition, Dr. Snider assists schools in identifying candidates for a change in leadership positions. Her particular passion is assisting special education schools and smaller schools when searching for a Head of School. Having been a Head, herself, of a small school, she also enjoys assisting smaller schools (fewer than 250 students) with a national search for Head positions or Principal roles as well as nonprofit organizations which serve children and adults with special needs (learning disabilities, autism, Deaf and hard of hearing).

Dr. Jane Snider was Founding Executive Director of The Summit School, opened in 1989. The mission of the school is to educate students with learning differences, grades 1-8, to their full potential. All enrolled students have been in other schools, and have not learned to read, write, spell. Children's Potential, Inc. offered diagnostic and tutorial services to families in the Washington, DC, Baltimore, Annapolis Corridor whose children were struggling in school. Several clinicians and a team of trained tutors served more than 500 families in nine years.
