I was appointed as an Associate in July 2013. As a member of the executive management team, I was the HR and OH&S Manager for Australia and NZ. This was a newly created role that I moved to after setting up the NZ franchise in Auckland. I trained line managers with recruitment, appraisal, and disciplinary procedures. Identified training requirements and implemented staff development initiatives. Based in the Brisbane office, and having demonstrated people leadership skills I accepted the opportunity to lead the Customer Service and Logistics teams plus oversee the media production plant. I led the implemented ion of a 5S (Lean Manufacturing Techniques) program in conjunction with our French head office.
