I was also in charge of properly cutting and specifically weighing the different types of dough to perfection. On top of kneading and cutting responsibilities, I was in charge of maintaining the cash register and ringing up customers. I handled the money and efficiently took care of customers when needed. Along with taking and ringing up orders, I was tasked to write down sandwich orders with multiple orders at a time, making the variety of sandwiches to order. I had to make sure the orders were made perfectly and properly packed per customers order. I carried a positive and professional order and was able to efficiently work in a high stress environment when there was an overflow of orders. I gained experience in baking, creating sandwiches, and working at a cashier.
