I am currently a sophomore at Texas A&M University. I am a communication major with dreams to become a speech therapist/pathologist. During my summers I work summer school in my hometown for three to four weeks to help the students who fell behind throughout the school year. I love to help those in need and I love to see the smiles of those children whom I am helping because it makes me feel accomplished. I also work at Mid-Valley Vinyl as a sales associate. I help sell merchandise and I also create my own designs. I greet costumers and also help them with whatever they may need. I stock and order merchandise and also run the register. Because of what I do I have learned to become responsible and independent. I have learned how to make personal and work relationships. I want to keep helping others around me and while doing that better myself as an individual because I do believe that one person can make a difference and I would be honored to be that person. Throughout my time at Texas A&M University, I have been able to learn several marketable skills. I am familiar with Adobe Create Cloud software such as Lightroom and Photoshop. I can enhance professional photos and make them look even more professional than they already are.
