About Jane Stabile

I launched IMP Consulting in 2004 with a simple idea—that even complex projects could be made predictable and controllable by putting the right tools, such as CLEAR Compliance™, in the hands of experienced professionals. As President & Founder, I provide advisory services to IMP clients and the outstanding professionals that make up the IMP Team, while growing the business. Having over 30 years of experience in financial services and 20 years in investment management, I stay knowledgeable of the changes to critical, vendor-provided applications such as order management systems (OMS), compliance, data and portfolio management solutions by working on these products in the field and evaluating vendors for clients’ system selection projects. I also work closely with our front office constituents to understand how changes to investment strategy drive additional data technology and training requirements. I am always building and improving the IMP team while working with our asset management clients to understand current needs and evaluate industry changes that may impact them in the near future.
