The Brandon Bolts Basketball organization is a competitive travel basketball organization for at-risk youth boys and girls. Our mission is to foster responsible youth with strong work ethics through the medium of youth basketball. We monitor the educational needs of our players by providing tutoring; we provide social skills development through our mentorship program; and we focus on the player’s development on and off of the court. Our goal is to provide quality instruction in all aspects of basketball including the development of fundamental basketball skills and self-discipline. We prepare our players that have the desire, athletic ability, and academic standing to play at the high school and collegiate level. However, more importantly, we prepare them for life after high school. The Brandon Bolts is going into its 18th year of operation and has seen over 800 youth participate in its program. Our players have either graduated from high school, went to college, joined the armed forces, or went into the work force. We have assisted our players in obtaining academic and athletic scholarships. Our program is more than just about playing basketball; we help our players reach their dreams by teaching them the many skills that are need to become responsible young adults.

Global Mobility Outbound & Inbound Immigration Services:Assisted PwC-US partners, principals and staff in obtaining immigration requirements for those traveling into the US and for those traveling abroad. Worked closely with the firms external immigration counsel, internal PwC teams (Global Mobility, Cross-Border Facilitation Center, Sourcing & Recruiting) and other members firms, as needed. Managed the day-to-day operations of the Immigration Services team. Subject Matter Expert (SME) to HR/Sourcing/Recruiting/Global Mobility on US Inbound immigration regulations and policies for PwC staff and candidates that are foreign nationals requiring US visa sponsorship (L-1, H-1B, E-3, TN, J-1 and Permanent Residence). and was also a SME to PwC Partners and Staff on Outbound immigration regulations and documentation required for international business travel such as business visas, work permits/authorizations and passports for entry into non-US countries. Handled escalations for complex cases to Sourcing and HR members with Immigration related inquires and provides consultation to Onboarding and I-9 coordinators related inquires to US visa holder, confirming compliance of US documents required. Managed the optimization of the offshore process team who assistsed in the preparation and processing of visa documents; vendor services rendered by the firm’s immigration attorneys for both Outbound and Inbound Immigration Services
