* Create, manage, and maintain documents according to the Project's prescribed procedures and processes* Update existing documents as per the instructions of the concerned team members* Organize and maintain the Project's documentation database and filing system* Ensure that all documents are accurate, complete, and up-to-date at all times* Ensure the safety, confidentiality, and integrity of all Project's documents* Upload and retrieve documents as and when required* Distribute documents to the concerned team members or departments as requested* Track the movement of documents and ensure that they are returned to their rightful place after use* Inform the concerned personnel about the status of their requested documents and provide necessary assistance if needed* Maintain records of document inventory, tracking, and distribution* Prepare reports on document control activities

* Ensuring that contractor stick to the Project Specification in Numbering of deliverables* Involved in Contractor awarded Kick off meetings and Clarification with emphasis on Documentation* Continuous update of Master Document Register (MDR)* Submitting of Weekly achievement to DCC Lead and sending of MDR status to Project team* Maintaining and distributing of documents and drawings to project leads for review and approval* Transmitting of response/comments back to the Contractor* Ensure timely receiving of the project deliverables from Contractor* Ensure all documentation; drawing and procedures are up to date with the correct version and format.
