When I decided to get my real estate license, I had 33 years of experience buying and selling my own homes around the Southeast and I had some strong feelings about what kind of agent I wanted to be. My experience with agents who didn’t listen, return calls or take care of business in a timely manner drove me crazy and I was determined to be different. Your business is very important to me and I promise to devote my full attention to your transaction.While I enjoy both the buying and selling side of the real estate business, I especially enjoy working with first time home buyers and appreciate the special challenges experienced in making the first home purchase. Making sure new buyers understand each step involved in that first purchase is crucial to getting to closing and achieving their dream. As an active real estate investor myself, I have training, tools and experience to support investors in the purchase and sale of investment property. Prior to joining EXIT Realty Professionals, I spent 3 decades in the IT industry. I view my prior career as an excellent foundation for crafting today’s real estate marketing campaigns.
