In my present position I manage multiple tasks on a daily basis. Fifteen years ago I brought my previous experience to this start-up small business to create highly-effective systems and procedures for bookkeeping, record-keeping, records retention, and other administrative procedures resulting in easy access to critical information and streamlined office functioning. I coordinated project staff in the preparation of submittals and communicated with subcontractors for team efforts. I also coordinated customer appreciation events and booth displays at nationwide conferences.I have served as Senior Administrative Assistant to several executives providing them with word processing, travel, and administrative support. In this position I also supervised four other Administrative Assistants.
