Initially as Terminal Development Specialist, supervised contract that created the Dowagiac, MI, transportation terminal, the first state-supported intermodal passenger terminal serving Amtrak, intercity bus, and local Dial-a-Ride, while covering operating expenses by leasing space to DMV.For most of the time, and bureau marketing coordinator, worked with staff in rail and bus to develop marketing materials and other resources aimed at increasing ridership on Amtrak, intercity buses, cross-lake car ferry, local dial-a-rides, and transit buses. Conducted transit marketing workshops, and managed $1 million contract with advertising agency.
