I recently completed a post Graduate certificate program in Project Management at Centennial college's Business School; and also have a background in Commerce-Financial ManagementI am self driven, hardworking and a dependable project manager with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Finance, Project planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, Customer care and operational Management in the Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO’s) and Business sectors.My most recent role was with Watoto Child Care Ministries as the Monitoring and Evaluation Team Leader; a position i held for 6 years, and only left because of a study opportunity that required me to travel to Canada.I have designed monitoring and evaluation tools to track and report on project performance, participated in drafting policies, Enjoyed training and building capacity of project and program teams in project management, gave leadership to Watoto Child Care MInistry's Monitoring and Evaluation department, consolidated Narative and finacial progress reports for the Board, donors and other key stakeholders; and i have also participated in a number of field Monitoring and Evaluation activities with in and out of Uganda.I am an organised, flexible team player with excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and practical experience in computer software including Microsoft Dynamics (accounting package), Word, Excel, Power point, Access and have the ability to learn more.zaneto450@gmail.com
