Some of my more boutique Loan Funders do not make their loans available to all Mortgage Brokers. They deal with a small exclusive group of Brokers only. These lenders have more specialised loan products such as; lending to suit a self employed applicant who has only been trading for 6 months, lending for applicants with a poor credit file history and lending for applicants who want/need to borrow 100% of the purchase costs plus borrow the associated purchase costs.
