Successfully led transition of the management of existing company after acquisition. Managed all operational aspects of organization both internally and externally. Headed new computer systems implementation. Dealt directly with customers as a service troubleshooter and with accounts receivable. Did all data collection and analysis. Developed procedures and organizational business audits. Highlights include:Led business process improvements that resulted in a 700 % growth of the organization in two years.

Part of a team that successfully managed integrated hardware supply program for all of American Airlines consumable hardware requirements. The Just-in-Time program consisted of over 20,000 part numbers with annual sales of $12 million. Responsibilities include; customer driven analysis, performance reporting, and record maintenance. Planning & provisioning of customer's hardware requirements, sourcing and acquiring new part numbers, and pricing and inventory control. Tracked program metrics to monitor and communicate improvement progress back to the customer. Also had responsibility of Airbus parts liaison for all programs. Highlights include:Used Six Sigma tools to help facilitate several innovative process improvements to the program that led to a 45% improvement in on-time delivery performance in the first 6 months, and maintained over 90% on-time delivery for 36 consecutive months. Team effort resulted in winning new consumable hardware contract in 2000 that lead to 30% increase in sales from this customer. Team awarded Most Improved Maintenance and Engineering Supplier by American Airlines in 2001.Key participation and presenter in several successful cross-functional program teams including two award winning Six Sigma process improvement implementations.
