Supervise/manage team of business analysts.•Product Owner for the Integration, Services & Development (ISD) Scrum team. Responsible for working with the business unit to identify system needs and business process improvements to eliminate inefficiencies. Prioritize and manage workload for team. •Gather business requirements and create business requirements document for all new projects.•Work closely with developers to ensure design meets our documented requirements.•Manage all core maintenance system enhancements/updates and implementation of system changes. •Responsible for system testing on claim related changes and updates to the Oasis system and approval prior to Production release.•Communicate, train and provide user support for system changes and enhancements.•Provide user support to Claims Oasis users.

Work with Claims business unit to identify any issues or system needs and initiate service request to communicate needs to IS •Work with IS to identify requirements and create design for system changes/enhancements.•Responsible for testing all claim related changes/updates to the Oasis system and identification of potential issues prior to Production release.•Use of Crystal report writing for use in data selection for testing.•Provide monthly, quarterly and yearly statistical reports for upper management. •Research and resolve all work orders assigned through the Track-it System.•Provide user support to Claims Oasis users.

Analyze and test PeopleSoft system requirements for Human Resources department. •Compiled detailed User Guide and developed and provided training to support all system changes •New user training for the Human Resources and Payroll departments.•Implementation of Peoplesoft upgrade.
