Operations Co-Lead over Hawker Beechcraft Corporation Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) initiatives. Gathered data and performed analysis to understand root cause and develop solutions.  All project scope was to eliminate excess inventory, reduce scrapped material, reduce material costs and consumption, and to streamline floor layout and manufacturing processes.ManufacturingManaged high-level projects for the Hawker 4000 Transition to Production initiative. Utilized root cause investigation tools and data analysis to identify long lead time constraints in the manufacturing line. Designed appropriate Design of Experiments (DOE) to deliver a current production solution for the Hawker 4000 Cabin Door issue, resulting in a reduction of over 150 install hours, per door.Quality Lead QAE for the Metal Bond Production Corrective Action System (PCAS) team.  Provided support to Metal Bond department for Metal Bond Defects on Material and used Root Cause Analysis and other tools to identify corrective solutions.
