I have developed and facilitate the seniors fitness and wellness program at St Pauls newest facility, The Plaza. I create the monthly activities calendar in these areas for Memory Care, Assisted and Independent residents. I take a wholistic approach by offering different exercise programs that incorporate movement, music, brain and balance challenges. Singing, brain fitness (including brainhq.com), aromatherapy & healthy nutrition education along with how to maintain a sense of purpose and positive attitude are also incorporated into the program. Our program has a strong intergenerational component utilizing volunteers who come in from the local schools, community groups and adult volunteers. My education background in integrated arts and adaptive exercise programs combined with my studies in music as therapy, art and community singing assist me in programming a comprehensive program for our senior community. I am blessed with an enthusiastic approach and a good sense of humor. The most important component is the joy I feel when working, knowing I can and do make a difference to those I serve.

In my voluntary capacity as Coordinator of the Schools Program I am responsible for liaison and scheduling for our Musicians to perform at Schools and in other community based outreach Programs. I also organize and coordinate the week long Blues Music Summer Camp for teenagers.Along with our Treasurer at BLUSD I worked on the publicity, enrollment and handling of finances. In the years 2013 - 2105,as an extension to the Camp I organized a monthly Youth Blues Jam This was dedicated to youth under the age of 22. BLUSD nominated Leilani Kilgore to be our Youth Blues Ambassador and she headed up the Jam with Tyler Ray Davidson and Malachi Johnson.I also collaborated in the years 2014 - 2017 with Doors To Change to begin a new Homeless Youth Outreach Program in Ocean Beach. My role was as the liaison person between PhotoCharity, BLUSD and the musicians who went weekly to perform and teach the Blues to these young people at risk.

I manage, book and promote The Stoney B Blues Band. I am responsible for all the tasks entailed in doing this work...contacting venues, contracts, calendar coordination with Band Members, social media, creation/maintenance of website, advertising and promotional materials, bookkeeping, interstate travel, production of CDs, recording video and creation of You Tube Videos; photography....etc!!

Over a 6 month period I worked casually as an in home companion for private clients through a Private Company in that area. I was referred to this work by a close friend who worked for this company.More recently Jan 2013 - May 2013 I worked for Always Best Care in San Diego. I have been back with ABC since July 2014 working with a lady in La Jolla 3 -5 days a week.

As an extension to the life coaching I offered Adult Singing Groups. These were casual choirs and very good for those who were terrified of singing and wanted to find their singing voice. The groups focused on relaxation, enjoyment, laughter and a selection of world music that was easy to learn. We sang simple harmonies that sounded great. I also taught these people the art of Harmonic Toning which really enhances to quality of a persons singing voice.

Using a variety of healing modalities, counselling and exercise techniques I worked with personal life issues and goal setting for individual clients.

I specialized in Physical Education, Camps Coordinator, Careers Education, Performing Arts and Music in a variety of school settings. I taught at different schools within those years and all ages Elementary through to Year 12.

I have had a number of part time positions teaching swimming for private swimming schools. I worked for 2 years alongside Physical Therapists and created a Hydrotherapy Program for their clients. I also ran fitness based Water Exercise classes.

I managed a very busy restaurant right by Jackson Square on Chartres St in the French Quarter. I was in charge of all aspects of the shifts, cash reconciliation and worked on marketing with the owner. As the Head Waitress I took care of the Bar at times; the large group bookings and worked the floor at all times.

I worked in the area of Educational Books for two companies. I worked large territories and sold books to Schools. I was responsible for stock, ordering and follow up.
