Janet Bobby is an accomplished development manager, having managed or developed over 10 web applications for the Marine Corps, Army, and Navy. She is a keen assessor of technical abilities and an excellent distributor and manager of technical workloads as evidenced by the successful completion of all her projects on time and on budget. Ms. Bobby has over ten years of application development experience, six years of which are team management experience and over three years as a Lead Developer.She is capable of developing and managing projects in Java and .Net. She has worked on over 10 web application development efforts for the Marine Corps, Army, and Navy that have been executed to the customer’s specifications on time and on budget. She has managed small to large software development efforts being responsible for coordinating their design, requirements, testing procedures, quality assurance, team cohesion, and task management. Aside from Ms. Bobby’s management and organizational skills, she has over seven years of experience working with Oracle products both through creating custom applications using Oracle application programming interfaces (APIs), Java, Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), and Java Server Faces (JSF), but also by standing up the initial configurations of these products. Ms. Bobby ensures that all applications follow the software development life cycle (SDLC) and that the customer has the best product possible through CMMI-based quality assurance processes implemented at the design and development stages. In accordance with the SDLC, she aids in the development of project plans, requirements, test cases, prototypes, design documents, traceability, as well as other documentation needed for the application.
