Serving as a pivotal resource, I complete a range of analyses to ascertain pain points and gain an in-depth understanding of departmental strategy. In this role, I evaluate data and engage with stakeholders regarding business enhancement projects. Administer department operations, ensuring the successful management and execution of daily assignments. I also compile project files, including drafting and reviewing information to ensure accuracy and compliance with set guidelines and regulations and lead documentation and implementation of 50-60 users per Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) guidelines.

Collaborating with a team of colleagues, I executed a range of daily tasks facilitating the ongoing operations of a busy insurance office. In this role, I processed and categorized over 230 production issues and enhancement requests; approximately 35 tickets annually, serving as the form developer when necessary. I also maintained a strong working knowledge of relevant products in order to accurately formulate various claims documentation and improve the efficiency and accuracy of internal processes.

With an extensive background claims handling, I provided technical and workflow training for auto claim users.
