Responsibilities included project/resource plan to meet overall Program schedule, driving deliverables of outsourced DM consultants, customers, internal customer team to extract, cleanse, migrate, test protocols, testing of sample data, User Acceptance Testing of sample data, loading data into production environment with continued customer testing & review of data, write requirements for delta data loads, data issue remediation, tracking of status and weekly communication of Issues, and project health. Project was successfully completed with minimal down time to production systems due to strong team communication and project planning between Synapsis, Motorola and 3rd party contractors.
