Franchise Business:- Managing franchise compliance with the requirements and standards of the business.- Responsible to ensure that all franchisees are operating as per total compliance to the requirements and standards.- Assisting centers with the growth initiatives and also improving the same stores sales and minimum profitability, including an analysis of financial information, product mix and pricing as well as introduction of products and services.- Conducting audits on the centres for accountability.- Assisting in facilitation and development of various operational training modules.- Responsibility for completing all the assignments of the annual operating franchise plan.Corporate Sales: - Achieving growth and hitting sales target - Designing and implementing strategic sales plan - Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. - Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management. - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. - Working closely with digital platform such as Shopee, Lazada, Uniqgift, Webuy, Banks.Food Truck Business:- Team lead and set up team for Toast Box Food Truck.- Planning, liaising with government authorities (SFA, URA, ESG, etc), sourcing/purchasing of food truck.- Sourcing of business, e.g., condominiums, apartments, community centres, etc. Overall operations:- Develop and implement effective marketing and promotion strategy to improve food and beverage in order to achieve the financial targets- Responsible for staff and product training by aligning with company’s standard of service. Training administration with internal departments and external training vendors is essential.- Active involvement in project management for the betterment of operations- Implement and develop product development strategies
