Veresen is a North American energy infrastructure company with three main lines of business: natural gas pipeline, mid-stream and power generation. Each of these businesses plays an important role in meeting North American energy requirements. Our pipeline business is comprised of interests in two pipeline systems. Our midstream business includes a significant interest in a world-class extraction facilily near Chicago, Illinois and our power business includes renewable and gas fired facilities and development projects in Canada and the United States. Veresen pursues high quality long life assets and currently has power generating assets, plants and offices at 16 locations across North America in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, California and New York. The power division has energy projects which include: cogeneration, gas fired turbine, waste heat recovery, hydro and wind projects. Veresen is poised for future growth!
