1. Assists the Director in plans, organization, and direction of total agency clinical operations.2. Assures that the initial in-home evaluation of any patient requiring the services of a registered nurse, licensed practical nurse, home health aid or other nursing support staff if performed by a registered nurse.3. Enforces and demonstrates 100% compliance with all Federal and State regulations, reimbursement criteria as well as Agency policies and procedures at all times.4. Demonstrates professional behavior and serves as a role model to staff at all times.5. Deliver or supervise the delivery of skilled nursing services.6. Initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures.7. Prepare and coordinate clinical notes and progress notes on nursing services delivered.8. Assign registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and home health aides and other nursing support staff to individual patients.9. Provide in home supervision of nursing services delivered by licensed nurses, home health aides and other nursing support staff while the employee is present and delivering services. These visits will be performed whether or not the provider is a Maxim employee or an individual contracted by Maxim. Re-evaluating the patient's nursing needs will occur at least every 60 days.
