Project Blue is a relationship based model/public health movement providing hope and opportunity to create generational change in inner city communities. We do this through youth. Project Blue's goal is to rejuvenate the social contract between police and the communities they serve by CONVENING programs, partnerships, and resources under one umbrella of effective action. Programs are direct services where Cops and kids work together through mentorship. Partnerships include private and public sectors, law enforcement, corporations, sports teams, NGO’s, nonprofits, colleges, businesses and places of worship.Examples of resources include vocational and trade schools, domestic violence prevention assistance, and access to mental health services. Project Blue ELEVATES each youth program through 5 Pillars: Academics, Health and Wellness, Life Skills, Service, and Support and Safety . Children need more than just sports or an activity in order to thrive and become well rounded, productive adults. We elevate the whole child.Project Blue AMPLIFIES its impact through growth of all programs coming together. We then measure the impact of our programs and COMMUNICATE successful outcomes and positive stories across multiple mediums. This is how we change the narrative. This is how we create a movement.

The Burn 60 workout is designed to BURN 600-900 calories and progressively challenge the Burn 60 Performance Pillars: Endurance, Strength and Speed.
