- As Service Manager - Customer Relations, member of Life Cycle Management team handling all aspects of data and telecommunications for the state of Georgia as a managed services client (5 years). Led cross functionally across account team, project management, engineering and billing teams to streamline and shorten overall project phase from customer initial request to project completion. Functioned as program manager for new services offered by AT&T Life Cycle Management Group to the state of Georgia agencies. Partnered with account, project management, engineering, system architects, internal product teams and external vendors to develop order and provisioning, maintenance, and billing processes required to support new offerings. Managed multiple project and proposal issues on an ongoing basis.- As Project Manager, managed telecommunication systems implementations and installations for customers (10 years). Led cross functional team including network, equipment technicians and training personnel to provide smooth, timely and cost efficient system development and installations.

Provided on-site customer training for new telecommunications systems on a consulting basis for Ohio Bell, OB-Comm and Ameritech.

With 1983 divestiture of Bell System, transitioned to AT&T given expertise and interest in system design, project management and installation.

Joined company directly after college. Promoted after one year from inside sales to manage savings and loan customers in the finance segment of the marketing group.
