By supporting pathway programs such as Dual Credits, Skills Canada - Ontario initiatives and alternative learning models, and providing regional support for Cooperative Education, Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP), and Specialist High Skills Major programs, I enhance the opportunities for our students' skills development and transition to post-secondary destinations.

With a focus on high school students' career and education planning needs, I have introduced hundreds of students to the world of work through Coop placements, and assisted them with pathway decisions around post secondary education whether it be college, apprenticeship, university or directly to the workforce.
