 More than 20 years of working experience in the apparel industry, including 6 years in H&M supply chain office as global senior merchandiser, 5 years in factories as sale & merchandise manager and 5 years in trading company as senior merchandiser and 3 years in overseas; have rich practical experience in clothing supply chain such as fabric sourcing, supplier sourcing, product development, production management, and supplier management; have strong apparel supply chain relationship network, with more than 20 supplier resources including manufactories/fabric and packaging materials; have handled various garment product categories, such as all types of kidswear, women dress, underwear, swimwear, loungewear, sweater, sportswear, socks, ect; have management experience of managing a team of 15 people; rich training experience have carried out more than 10 targeted training sessions in 2021 such as team capacity and empowerment training, and workflow process training, making order volume increased by 10% with annual sales of over 100 million in 2021; has procurement experience with an average annual purchase volume of 15 million pieces and a purchase amount of 300 million to 500 million when working in H&M; Have project experience of participating in the development of Olympic sportwear for Sweden team, and also participating in product development for H&M new brand ARKET; It is a trainer of sustainable fabric knowledge for the company and supplier, understanding different types of sustainable certificates application; Understanding flexible and quick-response supply chain system as having experience of handling order of E-commerce fast-fashion company like SHEIN ; Have practical experience in supplier management such as supplier development, supplier delivery management, supplier evaluation; have experience in continuous improvement and optimization of various capabilities of suppliers, and be able to handle good relationships with suppliers; Good at data analysis and solving problems; Goal-oriented; Good communication/coordination skills and negotiation skills; flexible, willing to try new challenges; good at office software like PPT, Word, Excel and adobe software; strong sense of responsibility; strong work planning and execution;
