It is with great pride working with Experian to assist providers in the daily grind of the Revenue Cycle. My career has provided exposure to, and education for, a variety of health care operations in a variety of settings and roles. From hospital to clinics; mergers of both to working with a health care system. While having experience starting in Patient Access to Manager of the entire Revenue Cycle for a health care system, with Contract Management as a primary focus. Epic Courses in HB Resolute, Prelude, Cadence, CDM, Clarity HB and PB. It is my goal to work in operations with an emphasis on improving efficiencies and ensuring cost savings. Always willing to listen to the ideas of the frontline staff to gain insight, share ideas and knowledge, and to always ask the question of the staff “why do we do it this way” and “how can we make it better”. I am very passionate about doing a great job and making a difference in the workplace. Customer service is above all the driving force for me, to make our patient experience exceed their expectations. A true visionary for the Revenue Cycle.
