I am delighted to have joined Diocese of Worcester as their Clergy Development Officer. Working with colleagues to ensure a range of development and support is available. Very excited by our vision for transformation.

I am Company Director and Principal OD Consultant of Birmingham based J Fox Consultancy Limited. Recently established, we specialise in designing and delivering a full range of coaching based OD solutions for organisations, teams and individuals. I believe in the power of coaching, supporting individual and team wellbeing which together form the basis of our services and programmes to enhance performance. I am a qualified level 7 executive coach and advanced workplace mediator with additional skills in NLP (diploma and practitioner) and MBTI (step 1). I am also a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, Association for Coaching and the Midlands Mediation networkI have a clinical background and have worked in both public and private sector organisations locally and nationally. My other career experience includes Risk Management (Health and Safety) and Equalities, and I have a specialist interest in disability equality. This I did prior to moving into Organisational Development in 2007 where I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in OD interventions which support organisations, teams and individuals to achieve their success. I am passionate about supporting people to be the best that they can be. Workplace relationship development

As Head of People Development I led a team whose responsibility included Organisational DevelopmentTraining and DevelopmentLeadership DevelopmentStaff Engagement I led this work for the CSU and for the CCGs the organisation worked with I also continued to develop my skills as an executive coach and workplace mediator

Establishing this role for the Trust, I learnt a significant amount which has grounded my experience in Organisational Development. This included:• Review and development of revised OD Strategy• Development of and embedding vision, values and culture including a values toolkit• Supporting leaders in leading change whilst embedding culture• Establishing a mediation serviceWithin this role we bought together equalities and staff health and wellbeing alongside organisational development. A key success was supporting the organisation to retain Investors in People Bronze during a time of significant organisational change

My role for NHS Employers was to develop national guidance to support NHS organisations in implementing the requirements of the new disability public sector duty contained within established equality legislation

Leading on embedding inclusion and equality across the organisation, ensuring the changes in the legal framework were understood and implemented at a strategic and delivery level
