Gather business requirements from end users to obtain data from appropriate source and create reporting and processes. Use SAS, SQL Server, BO and other tools to gather and analyze data. Train and aid actuarial team members and other end-users to use the data effectively by sharing results and answering questions. Find data inconsistencies and work with actuarial team to make sure they are adequately addressed. Create and maintain documentation of processes and tasks. Identify opportunities for improvement of data working with technical experts to implement improvements.

Responsible for identifying business requirements and developing analytic specifications for small to large projects, both internal and external to DHP. Provide project leadership on assigned projects and or activities, including project management expertise for complex analytic projects involving cross-departmental/cross-divisional staff.
