Assist with job controls to ensure compliance with contract, budget, schedule and job costing. Prepare drawings and sketches to support construction work, change orders, and estimates to meet changing job requirements. Work with the inspectors onsite to meet specifications of work and agree on quantities. Develop job essential data including quantity take-offs, material price lists, labor costs per man hour, and equipment to ensure accurate estimates and bids.

Duties included, but were not limited to: regenerating and maintaining outside spaces, planting and growing desired vegetation according to plans, monitoring progress to ensure that everything was placed in accordance to design, establishing landscaping drainage systems, and leveling the soil to prevent uneven moisture retention or soil erosion.

Joined the Carpenters union and attended training, while gaining field experience. Worked directly with the safety department and the superintendents.
