• Financial accounting for real estate syndication• Internal controls, establish accounting policies and procedures• Monthly financial review for the entire portfolio of $650 million residential real estate portfolio• Oversight of daily accounting, payroll, general ledger• Banking and regulatory oversight• Coordination with external auditors and vendors• Track investor contributions, including collaboration with investor relations• Cashflow management at ownership and investment level of operations• Bank compliance and reporting including monthly property performance to the portfolio of lenders

• Financial oversight of operating entities and holding companies including the property management company, facilities maintenance, and 50+ separate real estate holding companies both owned internally and by 3rd parties• Coordinate & prepare internal/external financial statements and liaise with external auditors• Manage the annual budgets, annual and monthly forecasting & variance reporting• Cashflow management for multiple owner and multi-level ownership structures• Prepare and present the financial package to the owner(s) and investors• Develop and monitor business performance metrics• Oversee regulatory reporting for tax planning & compliance and manage staff• Negotiate and secure lending as required for commercial real estate and related assets• Develop plans for property acquisitions and growth• Manage the CAM reconciliation process• Review, assess, and manage third party contracts; insurance, IT, leases, etc• Oversee and manage human resources and payroll including employee benefit administration• Manage accounting staff as well as facilities maintenance staff
