Charity Trustee

Customs and Excise duties involving work at oil and chemical stations, whisky bond, Long Room duties including ships'​ clearances, imports and exports. Employed as Senior Finance Officer, Collection Equal Opportunities Officer and as Senior Officer Staff Branch for London Port Collection, managed all aspects of Human Resources including serving on Recruitment and Promotion interview panels throughout UK. Also seconded to HQ to help write new official instruction books concerning staffing matters and to Business in the Community's Opportunity 2000 (Women in the Workforce) as Area Manager for Scotland. I was a member of a small team of Officers involved in Benchmarking and Market Testing of Facilities Management under the PFI Initiative.
