I worked for nearly 17 years in the coach travel industry in the beginning booking holidays and also booking tickets for National Express the last ten years I was the Travelshop Supervisor. The company went into liquidation during lockdown.I then went to work as a customer service advisor collecting Covid related data .Both jobs were dealing with members of the public So I have plenty of experience of face to face and telephone conversations and also dealing with complaints.I’m punctual, reliable , honest ,hardworking and a good team player.
